Borreliosis Diet

Week 1


Change breakfast to a fruit meal - Stay away from citrus & pineapple | do NOT have smoothie


Stay away from dairy | no cheese, yogurt, ranch dressing etc.


Week 2


Continue Week 1 and add
Start exercising  - Pick anything from Lucy Wyndham-Read, do NOT do yoga

Use only honey or RAW sugar if you drink tea or coffee

Week 3


Continue Week 1 & 2
Change your snacking - change to fruits, seed balls, pumpkin seeds or veggies - no dipping sauces!

Week 4


Continue Week 1 - 3
Make your main meal | protein & veggies only, no starches - or just veggies

Week 5


Continue Week 1 - 4

Make your third meal | protein & starch, no seconds of starches - or just startch

Week 6

Continue Weeks 1-5
Add walking if possible to your daily exercise
